Last updated: 13 October 2026. Plain-English version: we collect the minimum needed to run the site and answer you, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you with ads or analytics cookies. What you make in our apps stays with you.
Codexia Media is a UK-based digital products business, building web apps and guides for UV print, laser, sublimation and ribbon work. For any privacy question, contact .
Contact form. If you use the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the subject and message fields. This is used only to reply to you, and is processed on our behalf by Netlify (our hosting provider) via Netlify Forms.
"Register your interest" form. If you register interest in an app that's still Coming Soon, we collect your email address and which app you're interested in, so we can send you one email when it launches. Same processor (Netlify Forms) as above.
Hosting logs. Like any website, our host (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical data for security and reliability — things like IP address and browser type. We don't access this for marketing or tracking purposes.
Purchases. When you buy an app, the purchase itself is handled by Payhip, not by this website — Payhip is a separate data controller for your payment details, and their own privacy policy covers that transaction. To deliver your purchase, licence key and support, we receive your name, email address, what you bought, your country and your licence key — never your full card details. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting.
Our apps (including Jigsaw Studio, PrintCost Pro, Lasercost Pro, SubliCost Pro, RibbonCost Pro, QR Studio Pro and Hatchify Studio) run inside your web browser. The designs, settings, price lists, templates, images, fonts and other files you use in them are processed and stored on your own device, in your browser's storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for an app deletes what it has stored on that device.
Some apps offer Cloud sync. It is off unless you turn it on. When you connect a cloud storage account (currently Google Drive):
Codexia Media apps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, don't sell it, and don't use it to train AI models. Files in your cloud storage are also covered by your provider's own terms (for example Google's Privacy Policy).
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or anything similar. If that ever changes, this page — and a proper cookie consent option — will be updated first.
Fonts on this site are self-hosted, not loaded from Google or any third party, so visiting this site doesn't send your browsing data to a font provider. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (see Netlify's own privacy policy for how they handle that data on our behalf). Purchases are processed by Payhip. If you turn on Cloud sync in an app, that app connects your browser directly to your chosen cloud provider (currently Google) — see Cloud sync above.
Contact and interest-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to answer you or notify you of a launch, and are deleted periodically after that. We don't build long-term marketing profiles from this data.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice, contact messages and order details), ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email and we'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with our response, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
